Creating a
better future

The world is facing immense challenges. Find out how we are creating a better future every day, working closely with consumers, NGOs, employees, customers and suppliers.

Unilever Sustainable Living Plan

By 2020, we will halve the environmental footprint of our products, help more than 1 billion people take action to improve their health and well-being, and source 100% of our agricultural raw materials sustainably.

How can consumers be inspired to turn positive intentions into action?

Lots of people say they care about sustainability, but how many actually change their behaviour? What can we do to bridge this gap and inspire a positive change to our culture and habits? In November 2011, for the first time, we published our own model of effective behaviour change: Unilever's Five Levers for Change.
